This contract is between Kayle Krafty LLC (the "Business") and Customers/buyers of Kayle Krafty LLC is happy to offer a Layaway Plan to accommodate purchases for our Luxury Handbags/Jewelries and make your dream bag/jewelry become a reality with bi-weekly layaway payments. Terms and Conditions To initiate the layaway plan process a 15% down payment is required for every layaway item. Remaining balance must be completed within the agreed upon months (3-6 months maximum). Payments are divided bi-weekly, payment tendered every other week. PAYMENTS ARE MANDATORY EVERY 2 WEEKS/BI-WEEKLY. Payments must be made as scheduled ON OR BEFORE DUE DATE, to avoid a $5 a day late fee. You can always pay more than your minimum payment and complete your layaway early. Exchanging and returning of item is not allowed. Once down payment has been tendered, the item will be considered sold to you and you agree to and with all terms and conditions contained within this policy. When all the payments have been tendered or the item has been paid in full, your items will be released on the next regularly day. Failure to tender the 2nd payments layaway payment shall constitute grounds for seller to terminate the layaway process. All payment made, and monies tendered are forfeit. No refund: ❌ Layaway payments are non-refundable and no credit/refund will be issued upon failure to complete payments. If you change your mind and cancel the layaway agreement, deposit and all monies paid will be forfeited and non-refundable, non- transferable per the explicit terms of this agreement and our policy. We offer the layaway policy free of administrative fee or finance charges, the consideration offered in exchange by the buyer is forfeiture of all payments made and monies tendered, if the buyer defaults on payments and/or settling the payment in full at or before the prior agreed upon time frame. Cancellations: Cancellation, changing of the mind is not allowed. All sales are final. Layaway plan is automatically cancelled without notice if you fail to complete your layaway agreement. Unless a new agreement is made between customer and seller. This contract may be initial electronically or in hard copy. it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic initials count as original for all purposes. By typing their names and signature below, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement. With Business owner signature Recipient complete name.
